Our 2022 Event is Virtual!

I started hosting my Oscar themed fundraiser 17 years ago. The first nine years were held at my home and lasted the entire weekend. We were serenaded by some of the best local talent over the years including saxophonist Reggie Harris, vocalist Athena Renee, jazz guitarist Andre Bennett, and comedian Lance Thompson.
Over the years we've provided over 3,000 pounds of clothing for many Atlanta area shelters serving countless friends in need. We have put shoes on our brothers and sisters feet in Ghana, and provided enough canned goods to feed 800 people. Since it's inception we have benefited numerous shelters, church community outreach programs and other philanthropic organizations. Among them are: The Atlanta Union Men's Mission, The Atlanta Union Women's Mission, Sheltering Arms, Voices of Faith Ministries Community Outreach, The Soul Project, Caring Works, Inc., and the Atlanta Community Food Bank. Our last event, held February of 2020, we brought our total donations to the Jimmy V Foundation for Cancer Research to over $20K. This year we are on pace to pass the $12K donation mark for our new beneficiary The St. Jude Childer's research Hospital! We thank you for standing with us as we #StandUp2Cancer!

The pandemic precluded us from hosting a physical event, and we missed out friends, family, supporters, and sponsors like crazy!
The great news is that we can all get together again this year SAFELY, because we are having a VIRTUAL Black tie affair this year and the date is March 26th! Stay tuned for the details coming soon!
